I recently created a post talking about antimalware software but after reading most comments I'm wondering am I really safe downloading games from Goat websites (of the megathread)...?...
VPN is not important where I live, Malwarebytes absolutely, if the game is small I'd even upload it to Virus Total but I doubt I can in most cases.
Regarding torrents, seems solid. The only thing I would like to note is there are only two goat websites in the torrent section, there are more in the direct download section. I'm generally very careful, I doubt I got a virus when I was a teen. FitGirl is still a Goat source.
indeed when they talked about virus total in my antivirus post, I thought what am I not understanding because I wouldn't consider it viable for games. I don't mind installing malwarebytes or kaspersky
I was thinking, mbam, have you got other suggestions for Windows 10? Also, is there a good setup for when I'm running games I bought, and I don't need active scanning of threats? (Especially for legit games that use resources intensively)
because it affects the performance of games? For instance I play MMO and I don't need anything security software related running while I play, am I thinking wrong?
I own a JVC old european TV and a fire stick tv lite. I used to have a TV in my room and connect it to my desktp PC with an HDMI cable but I removed the telly in order to have more space....
I don't know if it's SpotX the problem, but around the time I implemented (a few days ago) when I shut down my PC it says an app is still running and I need to cancel it and shut down again....
thank you, don't pirated games always trigger antimalware software (if so, isn't it pointless to scan them)? Forgive me I've not been pirating much for the past 10 years.
I thought r/piracy was dead but I see is very active, I don't know if mods changed or something though. Where do you guys think is best to ask questions?
I stopped using a spotify cracked apk years ago when I noticed my email got hacked (technically, it may have been Pandora apk but I still decided to stop)....
I finally started connecting my TV to my desktop PC and I’ve been recommended this app to use the mouse remotely from my bed, rathen than getting up and going to click on the mouse all the time....
I’m putting this together because I posted a while ago about using IRC to acquire ebooks on Reddit, and there was a metric shit ton of interest from others in learning how to do it. Much of this info is available on the net, but it can be difficult to track down if you don’t know exactly what to look for....

You can use kaspersky beta versions for free by downloading and installing it from their forum....
Anti malware that can detect cracks and flag them as so, but can also distinguish from trojact and malware? Also, that can be configured to don't use too many resources when not required
